The Shad Bait 50 is a floating soft plastic shad built for light tackle. In freshwater it is at its best on perch and zander, and the 50 mm body is small enough to keep working when fish are being selective about size.
The floating material is what sets it apart from most soft plastics: left static on the bottom it still lifts and moves with the current, so the bait keeps a live look even when you are doing nothing. That makes it effective fished slowly, on a pause, or held in one spot near structure.
Its tear-resistant body survives the first strike, and the soft, jelly-like texture lets cautious fish take the whole bait rather than nipping at the tail. On hard days, that is usually the difference between a knock and a hooked fish.
