The Lokman 80S is a suspending shrimp imitation, and its geometry is the whole point: underwater it sits at an 8° head-down angle, so a short jerk drops the nose and kicks the tail up — the same motion a startled shrimp makes getting away from a predator.
Because it suspends instead of sinking, it stays in the strike zone on the pause. Two or three sharp jerks, then stop, and the lure simply hangs there twitching. That hanging moment is when most takes come. A magnetic casting system and tungsten transfer balls move the weight back for the cast and keep the rattle working even if the body takes a knock.
Its natural ground is shallow, structured water — sand, rock and stone, harbour walls, under jetties, and over mussel beds. In Latvian waters that means perch holding around harbour structure and rocky margins, worked slowly in the top half metre.
