The Shad Bait 75 is the largest in the range, and the one to reach for when you want to sort the size of fish rather than the number. A floating soft plastic shad at 75 mm, it carries heavier jigheads and fishes deeper water and stronger current than its smaller siblings — a zander and bigger perch bait in freshwater.
Like the rest of the family it floats, so it keeps working at rest. Dropped onto the bottom and left, it stands and moves with the flow instead of lying flat, which is a genuine advantage when you are fishing slowly on a drop-off or in a seam.
The bigger body takes more abuse, and the tear-resistant material means one bait usually survives several fish rather than one.
